The Early Bird discounted registration fee for online registration for the 2015 IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas, taking March 22-25 in Orlando, expires on January 16, 2015.
The Association reports that this Friday is the last date to take advantage of the lowest available registration fee of $350 and save $50 per attendee by registering online with payment.
The cost of registration includes access to the three-day Trade-market exhibit hall as well as Sunday night’s Opening Reception, Tuesday night’s Gala Evening, and access for the attendee plus one guest to Club Americas on Monday and Tuesday nights. A new highlight for the IAADFS’ annual Sports Day is the inaugural 3K Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, March 22. The event is free, but preregistration is required. A light continental breakfast will be provided following the event. Participants will meet at 7:45 a.m. at the Fairway Terrace. The association would like to thank Essence Corp. for its sponsorship of this event.
For each person who participates in the Fun Run/Walk, IAADFS will donate $50 to Escuela de la Calle (EDELAC), with a minimum contribution of $3,500. If the turnout for the event is significant, a second charity may be included.
The traditional Golf Tournament (sponsored by American Caribbean Gateway/Macanudo Cigars) and Tennis Tournament will also be taking place on Sunday morning.
