As many of us get ready to travel to Cannes for the premier event on the travel retail calendar, TFWA reports that visitor registration figures for TFWA World Exhibition 2013 are very strong, with a growing number of delegations from airport authorities, duty free operators and agent companies joining the show every year.

Expect to see a large presence of visitors from Asia, as TFWA says that the number of pre-registered visitors from Mainland China and Japan are up by +33% and +21% respectively. The largest number of pre-registered delegates are from France, closely followed by China and Hong Kong, then the UK, UAE and USA, says TFWA. The festivities formerly begin on Sunday evening, Oct. 20, with the traditional Opening Cocktail. We are looking forward to seeing you. Safe travels to all who are attending.
