I had the great honor of attending the special event that selected the Diageo Global Travel best cruise line bartender at the DIAGEO RESERVE WORLD CLASS semi-final held last week in Miami.Shekhar Grover of Royal Caribbean International was crowned the winner and will advance now to the Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender of the Year Global Final taking place July 28- Aug 1, 2014 in London. Once again Spike Marchant, World Class Global Ambassador and one of the driving forces behind what has become the most exalted bartending competition in the world, was on hand to guide the competitors.
