Calling 2015 a “transformational year,” as it integrated Nuance and acquired World Duty Free — Dufry delivered a solid year of financial performance, despite the “massive devaluation” of the Brazilian Real and fall in the value of the Russian Ruble.

In more Dufry news, Dufry and the Hudson Group have opened two new duty free / duty-paid stores at Denver International Airport, adding to the Kiehl’s and Urban Decay branded stores they opened in February. The Group now operates about 6,000 square feet of space in DEN, more than triple the space previously dedicated to the channel. Details on page 4.
Airport News.  Orlando International Airport received the go-ahead for an $1.8 billion expansion project to construct a new South Terminal. Page 2.

Cancun. Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto officially inaugurated the recently renovated and extended Terminal 3 at Cancun International Airport on March 13. Construction on Cancun’s new Terminal 4 continues on schedule. Page 4.
