The International Association of Airport and Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) has announced that registration and housing are now open for the 2025 Summit of the Americas, taking place March 8-11, 2025, at the InterContinental Miami in Miami, Florida.
The 2025 Summit returns to Miami, a central hub for business in the Americas and Caribbean, and convenient for many industry stakeholders. The Summit will feature a wide array of suppliers meeting with customers in booths and private exhibit/meeting rooms, along with a robust conference session program and multiple valuable networking events. The schedule for the Summit is a one-day shift in the event’s traditional pattern, kicking off with the opening cocktail on Saturday, March 8, and the exhibit area open on Sunday, Monday, and the first half of Tuesday. Education sessions on Sunday and Monday are complemented by networking receptions on both evenings. Exhibit space for the 2025 Summit is nearly sold out, and the list of exhibitors can be found at www.2025summitoftheamericas.org/25ExhibitorList. The floor plan will be finalized in the coming weeks.

The IAADFS reports that more than 50 companies have already requested space for the 2025 Summit.

Early registration discounts
Register by January 17, 2025 for the lowest registration rate. All full conference registrations include access to the exhibit/meeting areas, conference sessions, and all official networking events. You may also purchase daily registrations that provide access to all official Summit activities for the day(s) you’ve purchased.
The full registration option has a multi-tiered pricing structure that varies by date of registration, whereas the daily registration are simply based on the number of days purchased. Registration fees per person are as follows:

Housing
The IAADFS has reserved a block of rooms with a discounted rate at the InterContinental Miami for the 2025 Summit of the Americas at $377.00 per night plus tax, for a standard room. This rate is inclusive of a $33 per night hotel service fee that provides complimentary internet throughout the hotel, as well as additional benefits. Upgraded room options are available for additional fees. Attendees must use the online hotel booking link provided on our Summit housing page to receive the discount.
The Association encourages those wishing to attend to make reservations as soon as possible since there is no guarantee that rooms will be available through the published hotel reservation deadline of Friday, February 7, 2025.
