The Macallan has unveiled the sixth and concluding release in The Harmony Collection. This marks the final chapter in a series that explores the brand’s deep-rooted connection to the natural world through creativity, craftsmanship and innovation. The release comprises two distinctive single malt Scotch whiskies: Inspired by Fresh Coconut, available in domestic markets, and Inspired by Toasted Coconut, a global travel retail exclusive.
The Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Toasted Coconut has made its world-first travel retail debut at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport in partnership with EVERRICH Duty Free, where it is available exclusively from August 5 to 25, 2026, ahead of a wider rollout at select airports globally.
The expression has a recommended retail selling price of US$185.
To mark the world-first launch, The Macallan and EVERRICH have created the tropical world of Inspired by Toasted Coconut at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport through a dedicated activation and high-profile promotions. Designed to immerse travelers in the inspiration behind the new expression, the space recreates a beachside escape with palm trees and coconuts. In addition to Inspired by Toasted Coconut, the activation includes a complete display of all six releases in The Harmony Collection, offering travelers a visual journey through the collection’s evolution to its final chapter.
The launch also features an exclusive and curated tasting ritual which showcases the flavor notes of the latest Harmony release together with some of the past editions of The Harmony Collection at The Macallan Boutique in Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. Guided by expert hosts, travelers will have the opportunity to explore the unique flavor profiles and stories behind each expression. Customers can reserve a tasting flight through a dedicated LINE reservation system.
Selected past editions of The Harmony Collection will also be available for purchase exclusively at The Macallan Boutique at Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, offering collectors and whisky enthusiasts a unique opportunity to acquire these sought-after expressions.
The Macallan Harmony Collection, Inspired by Toasted Coconut (43.3% ABV) is characterised by toasted coconut, crème caramel and white chocolate on the nose. The palate delivers coconut truffle, charred pineapple and frangipane, with a long, warming finish of sweet oak and tropical fruits.
Inspired by Toasted Coconut was matured in a combination of sherry seasoned American oak casks and casks that previously held bourbon. The natural properties of American oak heighten the presence of coconut notes, while the cask combination ensures balance, allowing this character to come through with clarity.

Inspired by Toasted Coconut is presented in packaging that incorporates discarded coconut fibres, transformed through an emission-free process into a richly textured material with a natural black hue. This approach reflects The Macallan’s ongoing exploration of how beauty and craftsmanship can emerge from materials at the end of their natural life.
