Texas-based BYE JOE USA, which took China’s most popular spirit “baijiu” and reinvented it for the Western consumer, is now available in the US with DFS Group. Since mid-December 2014, byejoe red and byejoe dragon fire are listed at DFS stores in San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
byejoe spirit of china starts with the original baijiu spirit that is hand-crafted in China from red sorghum, then imports it in small batches to the US where it undergoes a natural filtration process to deliver a round, smooth, ultra premium spirit, says the company. byejoe is certified gluten-free and Kosher.
byejoe is the first “baijiu” to introduce flavor infusions. byejoe infuses its multi-award-winning spirit with dragon fruit, lychee, and Szechuan hot chilies to produce byejoe dragon fire.
