Airline profits. IATA – the International Air Transport Association – says that airlines will report a slight profit this year, and that profits should strengthen more in 2024. While North American airlines were the first to return to profitability (in 2022), IATA fears that Latin American airlines could be in the red in both 2023 and 2024. Page 1.
