French leather- goods accessories c ompany Bagllerina will be exhibiting for the first time in Cannes this year at Stand U6 – Ambassadeurs (level 4). The company is best known for its practical, travel-friendly 100% leather foldable ballerina shoes that come in their own carry pouch and fit in a handbag. The brand is represented in the Americas by Virginie Cordero’s Sunny Touch Corp.
For the fall 2014, Bagllerina is launching the “Couture Spicy” line, made from suede leather in soft shades like sand dune and chocolate, and in lively tones such as orange, red and forest green. In Cannes, the company will also present its new Bagllerina Travel design for the first time.
“Bagllerina is currently listed in France with Aelia (Toulouse and Marseille Duty Free), in Aelia Pragues Duty Free and we just started in Kuala Lumpur Duty Free (Heinemann), as well as at the Concept Store of Luxury Avenue (Ultrafemme, Cancun),” Cordero tells TMI.
